By accessing and using the Presence companionship service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Safety & Conduct Rules
Strict Requirements:
- Public Spaces Only: All meetings must take place in open, public venues (cafes, libraries, parks, restaurants). Private meetings in hotel rooms, homes, or secluded areas are strictly prohibited.
- No Alcohol: The consumption of alcoholic beverages by either party is strictly forbidden during the duration of the session.
- Mutual Respect: Users must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban.
3. Identity Verification
To ensure the safety of our community, all users are required to provide a valid government-issued identity document and verify their phone number. Presence reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose identity cannot be verified or who provides fraudulent documentation.
4. Nature of Service
Presence provides companionship and listening services only. We do not provide medical, psychological, or professional counseling. Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
5. Limitation of Liability
Presence and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or interactions between users. Users assume all risks associated with meeting in person.
